I am obsessed with the Secret Garden coloring book by Joanna Basford. If you love to color, pick this up. I also ordered Enchanted Forest that she did and in October she is releasing Lost Ocean. Who here loves to color? What coloring books are you using?

I just googled mandalas and printed out some pages. I'm kinda enjoying the fact that coloring is a fad.

Search "adult coloring books" on Amazon.
There are a lot of nice ones.

I'm struggling to meditate normally so I'm using these for now and they are a great help. I bought quite a few at B&N and Michaels. Especially love tesselations :)

I tried meditation before using an app called Simply Being. I just couldn't do it. My coloring is now my meditation.

I've seen so much about adult colouring books and how good it is for stress relief. How funny is it that I have always liked to sneak the kids colouring books and do some pages lol. Of course I get right into shading and everything. Then I want to redo it because it's not good enough or I can do better...lol

I loved to color before it was popular with adults. I have the secret garden and enchanted forest, but have not started on them yet. Working through a large book of mandalas first.

Suckstobeme, I use colored pencils, but I recently started using gel pens too. I combine both mediums in my coloring. I was also thinking of getting felt tipped marchers, but I'm not sure if they would bleed through the page.
It's a rainy day here so I've been coloring all day!

I am convinced I have some mild ADD - I have always needed to doodle in order to concentrate - at school, at work etc.
I really want one of these color books. It will take doodling to a whole new level!!!

You can get them at Barnes & Noble too. If you're a member, you often get 20% off coupons. I bought my coloring books there, but I bought my pens/pencils at Michaels.
