Not seriously. Just to see what's out there in different platforms since I can look for free without a financial commitment (which I'm not ready to do just yet).
We've laughed over OLD stories over the years with regard to cheesy pick up lines, the infamous unbuttoned "I'm too sexy for my shirt" pics, and even cheesier usernames so I thought perhaps it's a good time for a little laughter again. And now I get to share! 
In my browsing I saw several of the unbuttoned shirt pics (one headless, just the unbuttoned shirt from waste up), one pic of a guy's ass (shirtless, jeans, obviously taken in his bathroom), but the best cringeworthy laugh I had was with an online name - Cunning Linguist. OMG, I nearly died. Oh, the wit this guy must possess to come up with such an alluring name that only the most insightful of browsers could *possibly* figure out what he was referring to!! Bahahaha!
Pro tip guys and gals - don't do these things unless you want to be seen as a joke.

And don't get me started on the photos. I can't believe how many wife beater tank tops and three-day beard growth there is... While lying in bed...with the camera at a very unflattering double chin angle. Just why..... Are there women who actually swoon over this?

I do not have any experience with this, but now I have mental images based on all of your descriptions. I feel like I have been there.😂😂
My best friend did the OLD. She used to tell me about the array of dick pics that guys would randomly send her. She used to laugh because she said each one of them thought they were the most impressive guy on earth. Sigh.....she ended up meeting a nice guy at work instead.

Funny, the only person who has ever sent me a dick pic is WH. Even then, I was not impressed.
Somehow I've dodged that particular mating call on OLD. Thank God.
And no, I've never heard a single one of my friends say that they were turned on by a dick pic from anyone.

As you know some people are just dicks, and it's best to avoid them where possible. When they tell you up front you should count that as a blessing!

I can't WAIT for the actual date stories!! I had some doozies. But I actually also met some really nice guys online and my 2.5 year current SO I met online so there are some good people out there. I do think that you have to maintain your sense of humor though!!

One of my favorites was the fake profile that tried to get me off the app immediately to cell, of course red flag. There was only 1 pic and I seem to recall that of course he was a VERY handsome doctor and the pic was very “mysterious”. 
So I decided to play along, the two emails were very well written, flowery, full of compliments and explained that it was awkward for him if one of his patients were to recognize him in his office but would be happy to share other pictures with me directly.
Well on OKC there are literally 100’s of sex themed questions that you can answer a simple yes/no to or add comments. I think he had answered every one of them, however I don’t know his answers as I sure as hell don’t!!
My response to him was that I thought that the least of his concerns should be if his patients recognized him, but rather that they knew his preferences on BDSM, anal and oral pleasure, group sex, etc.
For some reason he unmatched us????

I sent the woman I was dating a dick pic....actually, it was a picture of Richard III. I don't really get what all the fuss is about....
