I apologize in advance, I'm sure this question has been asked many times before. But I'm now getting to that *fun* time of putting together the first draft of the divorce settlement. Besides child support and custody/parenting schedule, what do you all suggest I put in it?
I know I already want to put in a detail that says all extra activities are split 50-50 (camps, sports, ect.) Is there anything else that I should think about?
TIA!!

This is by no means a comprehensive list, but here goes:
Who carries the children's health insurance, and how out-of-pocket medical expenses are to be shared.
Expenses for automobiles and insurance--how are those split
Expenses for cell phones
You had already mentioned extracurricular activities, but that's an important one
How will college expenses or private school expenses be shared (and what constitutes college expense).
With all of these, put in a clause that indicates how quickly (I recommend 30 days) the other party is reimbursed
How much notice either party must give if they are not going to exercise their parenting time (emergencies excepted, of course).
If the two of you need to agree on something, put something that indicates consent is not to be unreasonably withheld.
I'm sure others will have more information.

Also who claims them as dependents on taxes (is it every other year or whoever has them the most?). And if your state allows it and you are the one collecting child support, have it collected by the state, rather than direct payments to you.

I understand the sentiment here is to prevent revolving-door hookups, but what happens when someone gets remarried?
Married -> I cheated -> We divorced -> We remarried -> Had two kids -> Now we’re miserable again
