First court appearance is next week and I've been meticulously documenting every single interaction, every lie about the affair and parental alienation that he's attempting over the past year. My lawyer says my case is as good as it gets, but I can't help but worry. I really wish I could do this without having to see him in person, yet I'm actually a little curious about how WH is going to respond when he finds out how much I know about his trickle-truthing, lies, smear campaign against me, and even just the affair in general.

Desperately need some good vibes!

Try to keep calm. I had to go to court four times during my divorce and two of them involved me doing nothing but sitting next to my lawyer. The other two were trial.

The good news is that your lawyer feels confident about your case.

I didn’t sleep the night before and barely ate all day, but the first appearance went well (I think). He showed up late. I barely said anything and he started digging his own grave by falsely accusing me of a smear campaign and parental alienation. I didn’t even go into the binders of the stuff he’s done yet. Court saw right through him (I hope).

I can’t believe how "easy" he’s almost making this - all the projecting, accusing me of shit he’s done himself (which I have documented and he doesn’t). I just hope he keeps digging his own grave with his usual lying and narcissistic acts and hope even harder the system sees it.
