Girl! So proud of you. And you are WINNING all the battles and will win big in the end of it all. The sole custody deal is HUGE and protects your kiddos - and YOU and that is a big win. I'm so glad the courts recognized the danger and acted on that. XWH is going to be hit hard on the money and rightfully so.

So glad about your weight loss as you will feel better and have more energy. AND look beautiful. More energy to chase horses and goats and fix the fences. smile

XWH is going to be hit hard on the money and rightfully so.

If he had just given the basic child support over the last 7 months, he wouldn't be hit hard. Cutting us off completely was a dick move, as was canceling the insurance on the van when he knew it was the only transportation we had.

I would have thought he'd at least want to make sure his children were taken care of regardless if how much he hates me. But no. I had to cancel appointments for the kids because of no vehicle!

So yes I want him held accountable for what he owes the kids!

And sole custody is a major deal. Sad though that he didn't even attempt for visitation!

The new clothes are wonderful! I seriously don't know how our secret Santa managed to get things that fit so perfectly.

Such great updates from you Dragn!!! Sounds like XWH is getting what he deserves. Nothing.

Onward and upward. So proud of you. ♥

Congratulations Dragn on getting through this incredible shit-show that was put onto you. You are tough as nails and it shows.

I'm glad that you are all doing as well as you can. It breaks my heart that your STBXH ignored his kids for Christmas. That ain't right. barf

I’m so thrilled that you got some justice..it so seldom happens these days it seems.

It would definitely be better if your kid had a dad in their lives for visitation and such…but not HIM. It will be good for them not to have to deal with the heartbreak and disappointment v

So proud that you have survived this whole mess.
