Private Investigator for Alcoholic xWH

My xWH is an alcoholic and he drinks lots of liquor when he takes our two DDs out to dinner during their visits with him. I know he's driving drunk.

I'm thinking of hiring a private investigator to:

a) Monitor his alcohol intake at the restaurant, and

b) If his alcohol intake is as high as I suspect, report xWH to police when he's getting ready to leave the restaurant.

Has anyone done this? Is there something I'm not thinking through all the way? I keep thinking he'll get pulled over on his own, but I cannot stand that he is driving with my children in the car.

Copy/forward a text conversation on Skype

I discovered the latest affair in an ongoing Skype text conversation that dated back two months.

Was there any way that I could have forwarded that entire conversation to my email...etc.?

In the moment, I pushed a few buttons and didn't see an easy way to do it. But I sure wish I had been able to and figured I should know if it's even possible.
