Calls not appearing on bill. Help

She's made some calls recently and has dialed *67 to block her number as well as blocked it from within the phone. The strange thing is that it appeared once on the bill and never again. Granted, they both have iPhones and AT&T, but it won't appear? I called AT&T and they couldn't answer this.

Does anyone know anything about this? Trying to prove something here.
