Odd e-mail and telephone questions
(1): E-mail question
OW contacted FWH recently, responding to a message allegedly from him from HusbandsName@barcelord.com. I can't find that e-mail domain, although I have found web sites for Barceló in the Dominican Republic (RD).
OW was not the only recipient. The list of recipients seemed to come from part of (not all of) FWH's contact list, mostly university people. The message was to check out chechenews.com/taste.php, which brings up a web site in Cyrillic characters. FWH does not read any languages with Cyrillic characters. And sending an e-mail like that is not something he would do.
Question: Were his name and part of his contact list accessed by some scammer? Because that's what it looks like to me. Could a scammer set up a fake e-mail with SomonesName@fakedomain.com?
(2) Telephone question
Because this e-mail kind of freaked me out, before asking him about it I decided to do a little digging on Spokeo. The e-mail address was not there, but it showed telephone numbers for FWH, all of which were numbers we had at previous addresses. However, one--our home number, a landline through Comcast--was listed as a T-mobile number.
Here's what's odd. I found a T-mobile SIM card holder in FWH's home office trash can, with the SIM card missing. This implies that FWH might have a secret phone, although he's shown no indication of leading a double life again.
Question: Can a mobile phone be programmed to have the same number as the home landline number? Or is this just one of Spokeo's inaccuracies?
Obviously, I need to ask FWH about both of these issues, plus ask why he did not tell me about OW's recent message (to which he did not respond, as far as I can tell). But I thought I would gather as much info as possible before doing so. Thanks to anyone who has any insight on these issues!

TMobile sim card question
While cleaning out the basement recently, I found a T-Mobile SIM card in my FWH's trash can--or, rather, a SIM card holder, because the actual SIM had been removed.
We have never, to my knowledge, had a T-Mobile account.
There are two sets of numbers on the back, each below a bar code. One number is 10 digits/letters (begins with ZZZ), and the other is the ICCID number (beginning with (8901....).
Can these numbers be used to find out the number associated with the phone? Or the person's name? Does anyone know how to do that?
