Need to verify a marriage in SC
Its been a looooonnnnnggg time since I have felt the need to use/post on this site however a dear friend of my husband was ordered to pay alimony to his ex for 2 years after the divorce. There was a stipulation in the divorce decree that if she got married before the 2 years was up he no longer had to pay alimony. Hubby came to me tonight with info that he believes she got married back in May of 2022 in SC and therefore has collected alimony for the whole almost 2 years fraudulently. We aren't sure how to go about getting proof and need help or at the least pointed in the right direction on getting help (his attorney is a joke an no help at all and refuses to look into this for him)
