I can't put this book down. So many parallels between alcoholism and the addictive affair. Riveting and insightful, the author details her 20 year journey through alcoholism, rehab, and healing.

I read this book a few years ago, when I was worrying about my drinking. It helped me put a stop to things before they spiraled.
I gave this book to a friend a few months ago who was beginning to circle the drain with her alcoholism. She's in rehab right now :)

That's great :)
I would recommend this book to anyone struggling with an addiction of any kind.

I read this book several years ago. Great insight into the malady and dysfunction of addiction.
I like the theme ofor learning to take personal responsibility.
