I have found this book to be very insightful. It is written for a WH that is working to atone & to R with BW. It is very gender specific, but it's written by a FWH with notes and comments & advice from his FBW.

The book is very practical. If you are struggling with how to proceed, how to act, how to better support your BW, then this is a book you should read.

It is a bit religious. People that don't hold strong Judea/Christian views will find it very preachy. I urge you to give the book a chance. There is enough here for you in terms of practical advice to make it well worth reading.

Thanks for posting this. The religious stuff would have turned me off if I had read a review of it.
