By Linda J McDonald. It is a good and quick read. I underlined the important stuff for WH and I almost underlined the entire book!

Yes it's a good read! I am thankful that it's out there to help us. I read this book 4 days after dday, and what's in there, is a lot of the advice newbie WSs receive here.

The earlier a WS reads it, the sooner we can create a safe place for our BSs. That's assuming of course we are remorseful and the A has ended.

Highly recommended.

And bonus! You can download it for FREE!

I will attempt to get my WH to read it this weekend. He's only home on weekends. I didn't know it was available for free. I got it second hand on Amazon for cheap though.

I could never find a place to download it for free, but we bought the audiobook. I didn't read it, but my WH did. He found it helpful, and I noticed some positive changes in him after he read it. I think it's a short read, less than 100 pages, I think he listened to the whole thing in two evenings.

I bought this the last time and just donated it recently. Guess I need to buy WS a new copy if there's a chance he'll read it. Better chance for the audiobook.
