by Megan Divine. Just started this book and it seems pretty good. Gives you permission to feel the way you feel and the stages of the 'grieving' model is broken. Anyone read it?

I didn't read that one, but I listened to an audiobook called "It's OK Not to Be OK" which was so helpful. I think we're trained to be so independent and stoic that, when our lives fall apart, we need someone to tell us that it's ok to feel like shit all the time and not be able to cope with it all.
