Has anyone read Outliers: The Story of Success by Malcolm Gladwell? I started it yesterday and am already halfway through. Quite a good read!
If you've read it, what was the most thought-provoking part of the book for you?

I am huge Malcolm Gladwell groupie, not a fan, not an avid reader, but an OMG! I ❤️ Gladwell’s writing style fool
With that disclaimer, Outliers is a well-written and quick read; however, I would argue that Gladwell turns off a lot of readers by his heavy emphasis on anecdotal experience because it comes across as cherry picking rather than science.
One of my favorite books by Gladwell is David and Goliath: Underdogs, Misfits, and the Art of Battling Giants. If you like his style, you should definitely read it
