One of my favourite pastimes is cruising the real estate listings for those really egregiously awful photos. This is my favourite today.

You'll never feel alone here...

The bathtub gives this room a nice pop of colour, don't you think?

OMG, that first one would make me turn right around and RUN away from that house! I'm surprised the realtor didn't "suggest some decluttering"! Like - remove ALL of that crap!

Oh Lawd. Now my brain is going to spend all night trying to figure out what the pink and blue things are suspended from the ceiling. Balloons?

This reminds me of the cake wreck thread...anyone remember who used to post those?

This is our family room. Where do I begin to declutter? But....it's my husband's stuff!!!

...and this is one bay of our three-bay garage. Fortunately, my bay is empty! Winter is coming and my car deserves protection from the elements

Care for a house tour?

I actually took beautiful home staging photos a few years ago....for the family room and third floor I was going to use the previous home owner's real estate listing photos to show their potential and space!!!

FaithFool, I am stuck on the wallpaper in the bathroom.... Seems like a scene from the show Hoarders, especially after the doll room.

Have they "hung" a doll with a noose?

Two different listings, the bathroom is from a handyman special... Just kills me that they left the kleenex box in there to show it's actually in use.

Ok - FF you have to quit. The thing you noticed most about that room was the cat? No mention of the TOTALLY CREEPY dolls just hanging out in macrame planters (yes, the ones with shells woven in to boot). Tooo much.

I thought the cat was showing remarkable restraint, considering the surroundings.

These are golden. My house is no show-house, and I do have cats :-) but the creepy dolls are just too much. You just know that a few of them have that spooky one eye open, one eye half closed thing going on.

Stuff of nightmares. (And the pink and blue things look like balloon that were supposed to spell out 77?)
