Can’t believe it’s been 7 years. Insanity. Anyway I made my way through all the stages and pain and sadness and found my new beginning. Went back to my old career in finance, have the most amazing relationships with my two (now) teenagers, and found the most amazing man to share life with. But I am struggling a lot of the time on balancing it all. Feel like I’m always juggling something or someone. Between work and kids and fiancé and friends I barely have time for myself. (I have one kid 💯 and the other most of the time). Feel guilty that I am exhausted on my nights with my fiancé and often just want to crawl into bed. Does this get easier?!

It does get better. Right now you're trying to find time for everything and it's a stretch. Try to simplify your life and put the most important things at the top of your list. If someone doesn't make the list then they aren't your focus. You have to have time to yourself to maintain your sanity.
The three I'd worry about are family, fiance, and work. Fit the friends in when you can around other obligations. Figure out what gives you the most peace and do some self care. Don't feel guilty ever about only fitting in what you must at times. When things are less hectic then expand your circle to more things.
A good friend will understand the balance, and they don't need constant attention to maintain a healthy friendship. Keep in touch, let them know you care, but you're busy with life.
You got this, trust me. It won't always be so hectic.
