So sorry you are here, and sorry your WH can't tell the truth. If a friend came to you with this story what would you say to her? Your WH is a serial cheater and serial liar. He risked your life having unprotected sex with multiple women.
There is no way his therapist said that stuff. Keep up with your therapy, it really helps to discuss it with someone. MC would be a waste of time at this point.
Get "How to Help Your Spouse Heal From Your Affair", read it, that is what it will take to reconcile. A whole lot of work and open honesty.
Take care of you and your children. Do what you need to do for you. Talk to an attorney. Consider moving closer to town since you can't drive, what ever will make life better for you.
I hope you work thru all this and end up in a good place.
