Curious how long your divorce process has been going on and what stage you are in?

This seems to take so long when you are mentally and emotionally done!

Mine is taking far too long. It started last februari and it isn't finished yet. Every time I think that the end is near and then it just isn't.....

Mine began in March of this year and is still ongoing. We are in the Discovery process. I hope the end is near.

My year of separation was completed and papers signed for divorce in June of this year. I'm waiting for a judge to sign off on it to make the divorce official. Like Helena67 I thought it would be over sooner but the STBXWH signed an extension to give a response to divorcing instead of agreeing to it. Not sure how many times he can do that. Also waiting for him to give info on his wishes for mediation.

Either way I'm hopeful that it should be totally completed by end of the year.

I'm one of the lucky ones. I filed in mid-November and the D was final near the end of February.

Other members have gone years. There's really no set answer.
