On my way to work this morning I have ended up driving behind / besides my WH鈥檚 AP. She works about 500m from where I work.
It has really rattled me. My body was shaking when I got out of the car and now I can absolutely not concentrate. Obvious as I post on here during work hours.
Fuck infidelity- it is just so awful and the pain and ongoing trauma seems like it will never end 馃槥

Sending you a hug. I'm sorry that you had to see her today. Infidelity sucks.

Uggg!!!! Yes fuck infidelity. The hardest part is the two steps forward and one step back.
His AP is totally not your league, he went to the trash to find her.

Just wanted to say sorry that this happened to you. It is incredible how one's life can turn upside down to the extent that just taking a drive can become a traumatic experience.
Just wanted to send support.

So sorry this happened. It happened to me last month so I know how it can set you back. It took me a few days to get over it. She is a nothing. View her as an inconvenient pest. At least she was not intentionally reaching out, look at the bright side. She hopefully has nothing to do with your life now. You are moving forward in reconciliation. Leave this person in the past and move forward! (I know, easier said than done)
