So glad to hear that you're alive and well. I was worried about you. Keep your resolve. You know what's right for yourself and your children. Good luck!

Hello OC, your thread slipped to page 2. Rarely a good sign. Hope you're doing okay.

Yes, there was a very tragic case in the news recently that is consistent with many of the details of OP’s story. I hope that is only a coincidence.

I hope this is not OP.

Oh my. That couple was married 19 years. So was OP. MIL in the house.... goodness.
Hopefully that is just a string of unfortunate coincidences.

According to his original post, OxfordComma's youngest is 2 and a girl. In the horrible story, the youngest is 4 years old and a boy.
But the story does seem way to similar that it is uncomfortable to speculate.
How horrible this other story is. I don't even know what to say about it.

It's not him there are to many inconsistency with the op and this Utah man. Our friend here is probably going through a lot right now. Just pray for him in the meantime.

Among other fundamental differences, in this thread, OP was planning to file divorce. In the incident reported in the news, the husband murdered his family AFTER the WIFE filed divorce.

There are inconsistencies but the wife of the OP worked in a school and the wife who was murdered has a degree in child development.
Tragic all around both the OP's situation and the slain family in Utah.

According to his profile his last visit to the site was Jan 9 and the murders occurred Jan 4.
I suppose it could have been someone checking his internet activity but hopefully he and his family are well.
God bless and keep the (edited for anonymity) family.
