I’ve seen the book forum but does anyone have any good podcasts they recommend for grief, divorce, hope, strength, etc? My brain can’t focus on anything right now as I grieve but I’m hoping a podcast might help in some way.

Brene Brown has some really good books, TED talks and YouTube videos. Rising Strong is really good and then you may get some good suggestions from your playlist.

I’ve been listening to ‘motherhood: not as we planned’ I don’t have children but can relate to so much of their content about relationships and they have an email you can post questions for them to read out anonymously and give an opinion on.

Listening to some of the stories they read out, and their own experiences has been cathartic as I’ve let out some good cries listening to some of the episodes when I hadn’t cried for a while before listening so I needed that! You really feel less alone when you listen to things like this.

‘I am the wife - from D day to OK’ is another good one to listen to I’ve found as it has two different takes on the situation as one of the ladies stayed with her husband and the other left.

I’ve also been listening to Jay Shetty and ‘Love Life’ with Matthew Hussey (although I find this one more geared toward new relationships but still a good listen)

RedRobin - curious about Jay Shetty. His new work with dating apps has him saying to ignore some things and just date pretty much anyone. It sounds bad to me. Wonder if that is just poor marketing by Match.

Marie82 - I echo Brene Brown. I also found comfort from Peda Chodron and Thich Nhat Hanh.

@bearly yes to be honest I’ve scrolled through a lot of his to try and find ones that might be more relevant to help me - some are quite interesting to listen to. The first two I suggested are my go to pods though I listen to those all the time and sometimes re listen to past episodes

Are there any podcasts or resources for BHs? Everything I see is aimed at women. Many similarities, but I think there are some differences too.
